What is included in the price?
Your monthly price covers clinician oversight for the program you enroll in, secure messaging with your care team through the patient portal, and the operational cost of the platform. Any add-on services, lab work, or in-person procedures are billed separately and disclosed before checkout.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel anytime from the patient portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The monthly price is what you pay for the program. Anything outside that program — for example optional add-ons, lab fees, or one-off procedures — is shown to you with the price before you confirm.
Is the consultation actually free?
Yes. The 20-minute consultation is free and does not require a credit card. If a clinician determines a paid program is appropriate for you, you decide whether to enroll — there is no obligation.
