Provider review.

Review is a structured clinical assessment of your intake responses, history, and goals. It is conducted by a clinician licensed in your state of residence.

• Reading every intake answer you submit, including free-text context.
• Verifying your reported state of residence and aligning to a clinician licensed there.
• Identifying clinical risk factors that need a follow-up before any plan is offered.
• Documenting the review decision in your record so it is auditable later.

Review is a clinical step, not a sales step. It does not promise treatment, medication, or any specific outcome.

• Review is not a guarantee of treatment. A clinician may decline if they determine it is not appropriate for you.
• Review does not guarantee any specific clinical outcome. Outcomes vary and depend on individual factors.
• Review is not a substitute for an in-person visit when one is clinically indicated.

Reviewers are independent US-licensed clinicians whose credentials are verified before they ever review a chart.

• Active state medical license (MD, DO, NP, or PA, depending on the program and state scope).
• Primary source license verification on hire and on a recurring schedule.
• DEA registration and any controlled-substance scope are out of scope for Virtu's clinical program.

Reviews target a same-business-day turnaround when an intake is complete. Complex cases may take longer; you are notified inside the patient portal whenever the status changes.

• Initial review of a complete intake: same business day in most cases.
• Follow-up reviews are scheduled by the assigned clinician at clinically appropriate intervals.
• If we cannot meet a clinical deadline, you are notified and offered a refund of any unused deposit.

If you would prefer a different reviewer for any reason, you can request one without explanation.

• Sign in and use the in-portal support flow to request reassignment.
• Reassignment is logged in your record. We do not require you to share a reason.
